Refund policy

Please send returns back to the address below and be sure to include your invoice or order number and pop in a note to say you would like a refund.

We hope that you will be delighted with your goods, but please remember that if you decide within the first 28 days that the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us. We ask that your return the goods in the original packaging and condition.

If you wish to return an item which is not damaged or faulty, then you can return the item for a refund or exchange, but this is done at your own cost and original postage paid will not be refunded. We would suggest parcel2go.com which has all the best prices for returning larger parcels or the Post Office for small parcels.

In case you have received a damaged product, please do email us and send over an image first of the damage. If the item is damaged or faulty, then we will cover the cost of receiving the item back with us. Please ensure that if you are sending anything back to us that you request a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage. For furniture we ask that the item is checked on delivery for damage as the couriers will not compensate for damage unless the item is checked on delivery.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

If you have requested a replacement item this will be sent free of post and packaging charges, please note for larger furniture items we cannot cover the cost of a replacement unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement.

If you have returned an item, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for the item to be received back with us and be processed by our returns department, before you query the return.
