Returns and Refunds
Please send returns/exchanges back to the address below, please be sure to include your invoice or order number so we know who to refund and a note if you would like to change it for something else.

We hope that you will be delighted with your goods, but please remember that if you decide within the first 14 days from receipt that the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us. We ask that your return the goods in the original packaging, the product and outer boxes they were sent in or use an alternative outer box and in a resalable condition (this includes the product packaging). In the case of a damaged product, please do email over an image of the damage to enquiries@idyllhome.co.uk rather than returning.
If the item is damaged or faulty, then we will cover the cost of returning the item back with us (up to £6 per parcel). Please ensure that if you are sending anything back to us that you request a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for items lost in transit on there way back to us without proof of postage. Please check for damage before throwing away any packaging as we cannot collect and replace it without.
If you wish to return an item which is not damaged or faulty, then you can return the item for a refund or exchange, but please note this is done at your own cost.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability or refund returned goods damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you
If you have requested a replacement item this will be sent free of post and packaging charges, please note for larger furniture items we cannot cover the cost of a replacement unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement.
If you have returned an item, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for the item to be received back with us and be processed by our returns department, before you query the return.
Made to Order Sofas
If you wish to purchase a made to order sofa please note we cannot refund or exchange unless the sofa has been damaged during shipping in which case it can be replaced. Once the order has been placed with our manufacturer and is in the process of being made to order we are not able to change the order.
Furniture
If you wish to return large items of furniture that have been sent out on a pallet, they must be returned secured back onto the pallet to avoid damage during the return delivery. We can help to arrange collection of furniture items but we are not responsible for the cost of the return unless it is faulty or damaged. Pallet shipping costs are approximately £60 per pallet, please email us if you need help with a pallet return.
