Returns, Refunds and Made to Order Items

Please send returns/exchanges back to the address below, please be sure to include your invoice or order number so we know who to refund and a note if you would like to change it for something else.

We hope that you will be delighted with your goods, but please remember that if you decide within the first 14 days from receipt that the goods are not to your satisfaction you may return them to us. We ask that your return the goods in the original packaging, the product and outer boxes they were sent in or use an alternative outer box and in a resalable condition (this includes the product packaging). In the case of a damaged product, please do email over an image of the damage to

If the item is damaged or faulty, then we will cover the cost of returning the item back with us (up to £6 per parcel) Please ensure that if you are sending anything back to us that you request a proof of postage, as we will not be liable for items lost in transit on there way back to us without proof of postage. For furniture we ask that the item is checked on delivery for damage as the couriers will not compensate for damage unless the item is checked on delivery. Please check for damage before throwing away any packaging as we cannot collect and replace it without.

If you wish to return an item which is not damaged or faulty, then you can return the item for a refund or exchange, but please note this is done at your own cost.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability or refund returned goods damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you

If you have requested a replacement item this will be sent free of post and packaging charges, please note for larger furniture items we cannot cover the cost of a replacement unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement.

If you have returned an item, we ask that you allow up to 7 working days for the item to be received back with us and be processed by our returns department, before you query the return.

Made to Order/Personalised Order

If you wish to purchase a ‘made to order’ item or personalised item, we cannot refund or exchange the items unless the items have been damaged during shipping in which case we will replace the item. Once the order has been placed with our manufacturer and is in the process of being made to order we are not able to cancel.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.


If you wish to return large items of furniture that have been sent out on a pallet, they must be returned secured back onto the pallet to avoid damage during the return delivery. We cannot arrange collection of furniture items unless they are secured onto a pallet.
